Location in the telephone customer service sector for the health insurance company Adeslas. I am the first contact of a client looking for information about your policy or center to which you can go, and also small administrative steps such as changes of address, bank accounts, etc.
A work in the customer service area by telephone and e-mail. Within this work there are three points: pre-sale, follow-up and after-sales. It is set in the automotive world, specifically in the purchase of spare parts for cars.
Work in the area of customer service through digital channels, includes: web chat, e-mail, Twitter, WhatsApp and Facebook. Within this work I solve any incidence, either through a referral to the specific service that takes care of said process, or by solving it myself if it is my area. Issues related to invoices, discharge of the line, payments, etc.
Customer service in catering, both in local, serving table users, and at home, carrying orders.
Promoter in a stand in two shopping centers, distributing brochures and explaining the operation of the company, in terms of installation of a type of home thermal insulation and facilitating the options available.
Trainee in a car workshop, performing reviews, oil changes and helping to repair vehicles.

My hobbies are snowboarding when it’s winter, as long as I can climb, as it also matches my birthday dates. I love the mountain even when it’s not winter, it’s all snowy. Near where I live, there is a "Poblado Iberico" that the origin is around the years 800/600 BC.
I’m also passionate about motorcycles, I had a Triumph Street Triple and now I’m looking for something more trail, so I can do off-road. And so, discover new mountainous places and enjoy both
